A few days ago I was watching Rudolph's bakery on 24kitchen and he made some gorgeous puff pastry baskets. Of course I wanted to test them out as soon as possible and my dear also wanted to try out one of Jamie Oliver's recipes with mushrooms and asparagus, so we quickly made a decision for today's lunch.
My dear was working with the wok ...
... and I made these.
We put it together and this is the result!
For dinner I made some quick pizza rolls from the leftover puff pastry. Mix tomato sauce, grated cheese, pepper and oregano (in the original recipe there's also curd and eggs). Spread it on puff pastry. Cover with ham. Roll it up and cut into 1cm thick pieces. Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
